BY PURCHASING AN I-SAVE-ME SELF-DEFENSE PRODUCT, I AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING: 1) That i-save-me self-defense products, while designed to be non-lethal, have the potential to cause serious bodily injury and death; 2) That I will only use i-save-me self-defense products in the intended manner for personal defense during an “emergency,” which is any event during which there is a real or perceived threat to my safety; 3) To release i-save-me, Street Safe New Mexico and all associated staff from liability and all form of responsibility should my use of i-save-me self-defense products — negligent or otherwise — cause emotional, physiological, physical harm or death to myself, other people, or any living thing, including plants, animals or ecosystems. I further agree that should any part, piece or content of my i-save-me self-defense product fail to operate in the specified manner, I release i-save-me, Street Safe New Mexico and all associated staff from negligence, liability and responsibility.
